Some weddings feel like a celebration. Others feel like a reunion. And then there are weddings like Adriana and Robert’s—where it just feels like you’re part of something warm and real and full of joy from the very first minute. Their wedding at Pecan Springs Ranch was the kind of day where you walk away not just with photos, but with memories of dancing, laughter, and a whole lot of love.

Pecan Springs Ranch

Tucked just outside of Austin, Pecan Springs Ranch is one of those venues that balances natural beauty with a relaxed, welcoming vibe. It’s got tall trees, wide open spaces, a cozy reception hall, and all the charm you could ask for. It’s a venue that doesn’t try too hard—and it doesn’t have to. Everything about it feels intentional and easy, which fit Adriana and Robert perfectly.

The entire celebration—from the ceremony under the trees to the dancing that went late into the night—took place right on the property. It made the whole day feel intimate and unhurried, like everyone could just breathe, relax, and enjoy being together.

About Adriana and Robert

First, let’s get this cat out of the bag. Robert’s real name is Dailey. We didn’t know that on the day of the wedding! When the two of them introduced themselves to us, it was as Robert and Adriana.

So when we showed up and saw signs everywhere that said Dailey + Adriana, we genuinely thought we had the wrong wedding for a second.

Ya’ll – turning up to the wrong event would be more than enough cause for a heart attack!

Well, as it turns out, everyone calls him Robert—including Adriana. We Zoey and I will just consider ourselves the lucky few who get to call you Robert, okay Dailey?

Adriana is a school teacher, which immediately makes her a saint in our book. Robert (okay, Dailey) works in the oil industry. They’re practically a Hallmark movie already! Together, they’re sweet and funny and completely in sync—except maybe when it comes to name tags.

A Weekend to Remember

One of our favorite parts of this wedding actually happened before the wedding itself. We stayed at the same hotel as Adriana and Robert along with their friends and family, which meant we got to tag along to the welcome dinner the night before.

There’s something really special about being included in that part of the weekend—the laughter, the stories, the excitement before the whirlwind of the wedding begins.

It made the wedding day feel that much more personal. If you haven’t gotten it by now, Zoey and I LOVE the people we work with, so the closer we are to our couples, the better of a story we can tell.

Cozy Vibes and Big Energy

The wedding itself was everything they hoped for—cozy, relaxed, and full of people who love them. The space was filled with soft light, warm textures, and those little personal touches that make a wedding feel like you. From the ceremony to the toasts, the whole day had this lovely, low-key energy—until the music kicked in.

Because here’s the thing: this crew came ready to party.

After the reception wound down, the night was just getting started.

Adriana and Robert had arranged a party bus to take everyone down to Sixth Street in Austin. Of course Zoey and I tagged along (because why wouldn’t we?).

It was the perfect send-off to a day full of celebration!

Final Thoughts

We may not have known Robert’s real name going into the day, but by the time we said goodbye, we couldn’t wait to see them again to give them their photos.

Adriana and Robert, thank you for making us feel like part of the weekend. We’ll never forget the dancing, the dinner, or the party bus ride to Sixth Street. Here’s to a marriage that feels just as fun, warm, and real as your wedding day.

And next time—just give us a heads-up about the name thing, yeah? 😄
